Learn to Read It.\n\nMany people can learn the structure of a breathwork session.\n\nTransformational Breath® training asks you to go deeper.\n\nIn the Facilitator Foundations Course, Level 4A, you begin learning how to observe the person in front of you, recognize characteristics of their individual breathing pattern, and understand how that information can help guide a Transformational Breath® session.\n\nThis is where Breathing Analysis™, one of the distinctive tools within the Transformational Breath® system, begins to change the way you see the breath. Facilitators do not simply lead everyone through the same experience.
