After she received Bachelor Degree in Architecture she decided to change her life totally and chose the spiritual path. She stayed in India and US for a long time where she got her yoga, meditation, breath and life coaching trainings until year 2004.
In 2004 she completed her trainings as a Transformational Breath facilitator and trainer. She continued as a TB trainer until 2007. In 2007 she developed her own system combining transformational breathing, holistic breathing, breathing therapy, rebirthing breath, quantum techniques, life coaching and meditation tools. With the support of doctors, psychologists, therapists and trainers from all around the world Nevşah formed an international group of experts in BREATH AND THOUGHT TRANSFORMATION, headquarted in Turkey and she founded NFS. NFS is now an international transformative system that enables people to solve problematic areas in their lives and create expansions by chaning limiting breathing habits.
NFS offers workshops in five different levels for opening restrictive breath and life habits in each level (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual). The first two levels are presented in Turkey and 12 different cities of the world in hundreds of different places by all instructors of NFS.

Nevsah, with the help of around 400 breath coaches she works with, has trained more than 1000 breath coaches and more than 100.000 people in her seminers and trainings.
She continues teaching NATURAL BREATH all around the World. Her 8 days seminer named THE MIRACLE COURSE has amazing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual impacts. The course is now being lead every month in Turkey and also in Belgium, Germany, Us and in many other countries.
Nevsah is the PRESIDENT OF BREATH COACHING FEDERATION İN TURKEY. She gives lectures, leads seminers, traines breath coaches and trainers, work with most of the big companies and celebrities from all around the world. She is a well known expert on breath, a celebrity, an amazing motivaional speaker, a successful writer and a mother of 2 kids. She travels most of her time and spends rest of her time with her family and friends in Istanbul and Cesme.
She has nine books and she is still working on EFFECTIVE METHODS FOR TRANSFORMING OUR LIVES, developing new systems by opening THE LIMITS IN BREATH AND OUR THOUGHT SYSTEM.
