Originally from Tunisia, Omar has dedicated his life to spreading the knowledge and practice of breathwork, most specially in the Arab world. He has Integrated many techniques into his practice with Therapeutic Breathwork and taken them into health and education organizations, the corporate world and many psychotherapy, consultancy and training centers both in the Arab world and elsewhere. Breathwork has brought balance and a passion to directing his various business including “Breath Coach.” As a Therapeutic Breathwork Trainer, he continues to develop innovative programs that serve diverse communities and needs including newly born babies.
