As the Founder of Seven Directions®Breathwork and co-founder of Integrative Breath, my passion and purpose is teaching breathwork. Aslongside this I offer one to one and group breathwork support and events, and  worldwide retreats. I was a co-presenter and session presenter for the Shift Network's 2022/2023 Breathwork Summits and I am now a Shift faculty team member.

My practice is rooted in core shamanic traditions. I bring an extensive background in plant medicine work, detox practices from two decades running my own juice bars, addiction and substance misuse recovery support and sexual freedom advocacy. 

I am Oxygen Advantage advanced trained.
