Ben is deeply committed to showing up and playing his part in these pivotal times we are living in. He is wholeheartedly engaged in his work with the awareness of where we find ourselves as a species and is he is commented to supporting himself and others to remember and live from our place in nature as nature to heal both ourselves and the world. 
 

His work called Listen Within, brings together breathwork and embodiment practices to support people in their journeys of healing and awakening. This way of working brings release, clarity, and a strengthened connection to themselves and the world. This work integrates techniques from Rebirthing Breathwork, Movement Medicine, Mindfulness, and Nature connection.  He also offers Movement Medicine embodiment practices in their own right and well as Ecstatic Dance journeys.

His personal relationship with nature is a big part of what informs and supports his work and he lives in the UK in Devon near Dartmoor National Park, which is a place of wild beauty and ancient wisdom. Ben trained as a Rebirthing Breathworker in 2005 with Leonard Orr in the USA. He has also studied with the Avalon Institute of Rebirthing in the UK and is also a member of the IBF and Movement Medicine Association.
