Profile Hi. I'm Deb's. Global explorer, intuitive, and creator of SahenaBreath™ a soon to be launched breath work programme that culminates in nearly 3 decades of experience and expertise in the breath work, yoga, somatic movement, mindfulness, coaching, Enneagram, trauma, and energy work arena. I owned a successful studio in Lake Como Italy and currently travel the world teaching mostly private clients though now venturing out into more group work. I've trained under some of the most prolific names on the planet but continue to learn it's the experiential journey that is most transformative to my journey and the way I show up for my clients. Having transcended my own extreme trauma and diagnosed with a mental health disorder that very nearly saw me end my life I have the ability to hold space and facilitate the most difficult of situations with compassion and empathy.
