Aubree Saia, 500-ERYT, is a positive heart centered change-agent, a catalyst for YOUR Transformation.  She is committed to empowering others with life alchemy tools to develop self mastery; so they can fully embody their soul essence and realize their infinite potential. 

Extensively trained as a holistic practitioner, Aubree is a Conscious Breath Faciliator/Trainer, Prana Vinyasa®  Yoga Teacher/Trainer, TRE®  Provider, Temple Body Artist, Certified Raw Chef and Transformational Coach.  She believes in a full spectrum approach to cultivating radiant health, well-being and living an inspired life.  The practices Aubree shares are an integration of her more than two decades of teaching, world travels, vast studies and authentic experience in the yogic healing arts and beyond.
