My name is Hannah Kendaru and I am an Indonesian-British Breathwork Practitioner and Embodiment Facilitator working on embodied approaches to healing intergenerational, historical, institutional and personal trauma. I use specific breathwork techniques, the conscious connected breath and embodiment to bring us back into the deep remembrance of what love, liberation and justice means. I use the breath to remember our connection to the earth, to our lineages and ancestors; for decolonial healing and rewilding our civilised minds, bodies and spirits.
I provide three pathways to work with me: breathwork therapy with 1:1 clients online and in-person and Breathwork training and education and retreats that give back.
I am a breathwork therapist and educator at Inspire Breathwork and a founder of a decolonial healing initaitve called The Forest Garden.
This is a year of connection and of weaving, please reach out, I would love to hear from you
