“Emma is a certified instructor of The Breathing Class by Dr. Belisa Vranich and The Wim Hof Method (WHM) level 3, lead academy instructor the highest possible. She is an international speaker and an ambassador for WHM. She has completed both a Marathon and an Ultra Marathon without any conventional training, fully incorporating the WHM, the valuable mechanics by The Breathing Class by Dr. Belisa Vranich and the Buteyko Method by Konstantin Pavlovich Buteyko as part of her training regime. Since then, she has studied with Patrick Mckeown (Oxygen Advantage) to gain a deeper understanding of the science of efficient breathing through the nose.
