Hello,

I am a Psychotherapist, Behavioural Therpist based in Hertfordshire with my own private practice Tics Talk and Safe Talk Counselling. 
 

I specialise in Tourette Syndrome and tics and I am trained in CBiT therapy, a specific therapy for tics.

I am fascinated by the impact of breath work on clients in relation to trauma, anxiety, depression and the huge impact it has on ticcing.

I am designing a new website 'Ticstalk.com' where I plan to offer videos and blogs on tics and breathing once I have completed my online accredited training.
