Liv has a background as a singer and conductor of choirs, but today she runs her own clinic in the northern part of Norway. Teaching yoga, offering Cranio-sacral therapy and holding ceremonies in nature throughout the seasons of the year. She is certified as advanced breathwork practitioner by Breathwork Africa and is a Pneumanity Breathworker. Liv offers online and in-person breathwork and coaching sessions. Breathing with nature is her deepest passion, connecting the inner and outer nature. Connecting the east, west, south, north through breath is one of her visions.
