Growing up in Wales as part of a Quaker family, Jon was exposed to the spiritual from an early age. He spent several years on a shamanic path, discovering Holotropic Breathwork in his early twenties. He has continued to practice Breathwork regularly throughout his life, also training and practicing in several related areas, including Free Movement (a blend of improvised dance and Chi-Kung), energy work, and Vipassana and other meditation practices. Travelling several times to India, he spent much of his time there with Sai Baba, and has also visited Guru Subraminium's Skanda Vale in West Wales many times. A spiritual journey is also a psychological one, and Jon has also spent considerable time working in the psychotherapeutic and personal development realms. Jon recently reached a place in his personal journey where it felt right to begin to offer his knowledge and experience to others, which he does as a Breathwork Facilitator and Spiritual Counseller.
