I AM. I have practiced Psychotherapy for over 20yrs and licensed for four yrs. I have been certified as  a Laugh Yoga Leader for several years and recently as a Breath Optimum Life Breathologist. A purpose that I have is to assist people to reconnect and rediscover themselves through truth, laughter, and breath. I have experienced life through hardship and living this part of my life with ease and grace, one effective breath at a time and seeing life with purpose and knowing my worth.
