WHAT IS CONSCIOUS BREATHING ?
Bilinçli nefes şu anda, farkındalık, niyet ve iç sel deneyim dikkat ile nefes uygulamadır.
Conscious breathing practices can vary in duration, intensity and purpose.
- They can be as simple as a few minutes’ exercise to promote mental focus and relax.
- They can last for an hour or more, creating altered states of consciousness and a deeply personal psychotherapeutic process.
Used regularly, conscious breathing can help people develop the skill of relaxation, even in challenging situations.
Conscious Breathing is at the core of many psychological therapies, meditation and yoga practices and is used in the preparation and cool-down phases of many physical activities.
Conscious breathing can be practiced by all ages in all circumstances including; schools, the workplace, hospitals, and during periods of stress.
Conscious breathing is not practiced while under the influence of mind altering substances, when it is not possible to be fully conscious.
