At the age of 17 I discovered yoga. I have started teaching yoga classes since 1989.

Started a spiritual journey from the early eithies. Have a yoga and spiritual healing practice from 1986. 

I discovered the Breath in 2002 and it became my passion to breath myself and others. 
Trained as a Transformational Breathworker, senior trainer and trained for years all breathworkers in the Netherlands.

In 2020 a whole new training program set of with inclusion of other breathwork modalities, 

The two year educational program is now available in the Netherlands.
