How a Transformational Breath® Session Works
Pre-Session Preparation
The facilitator prepares the space for safety, relaxation, and breathwork grounding and centering themselves to set a positive tone for the session.
Welcoming and Initial Assessment
New clients undergo an initial interview to discuss their physical and medical conditions, allowing the facilitator to tailor the session to their goals, needs and capabilities.
Setting Intentions
The facilitator supports the client in settting a personal intention for the session, aligning their goals with the breathwork practice.
Breathing Analysis
The client lies on a mat and breathes normally while the facilitator observes their natural breathing pattern to plan the intervention.
Demonstrating the Technique
The facilitator demonstrates the breathing technique, ensuring the client understands how to breathe effectively for maximum benefit.
Active Breathing Phase
The client begins the active breathing phase, accompanied by invocations and music. This is the core part of the session, where transformational work occurs.
Techniques and Adjustments
The facilitator uses techniques like Bodymapping, affirmations, toning, and movement, adjusting the client’s position to enhance the breathing pattern.
Integration
After the active breathing phase, the client returns to relaxed breathing, allowing integration and insights to emerge.
Grounding and Closing
The facilitator helps the client ground themselves, offering something to drink and ensuring they feel steady before leaving.
Feedback and Sharing

For experienced practitioners, we offer advanced training opportunities, including online Session Certifications, Advanced Breathing Analysis, and Continuous Education Programs to further expand their skills.

Level 1-2-3 The certification process begins with the vital Transformational Breath Seminar, covering levels I to III and emphasizing a strong relationship with body, mind/emotions and spirit. The Seminar is a 6-day event where you have the opportunity to explore the three levels in which this powerful technique works. When you complete it, you will be able to self-facilitate your sessions and harness what you've learned for daily living. No prerequisites. Led by a Senior Trainer and staffed with Certified Facilitators and Facilitator Interns.
Level Four (Part A & B) Level Four is the official start of the Professional Path. During this 14-day training, you will acquire the skills needed to become a Transformational Breath Facilitator. Once you have completed level 4, you will have one year to fulfill the certification requirements. Between in-class training, practice hours, personal study hours, and your internship, you will complete a world-class 500-hour certification program. Upon completion, you will be fully qualified to facilitate one-on-one sessions. Total Certified Transformational Breath Facilitator Hours: 500 Prerequisite: Levels 1 to 3
Level 5 is our Teacher Training for leading groups. Level 5 is a 7-day training where you will acquire and practice the skills needed to lead group sessions and workshops. Once you have completed the requirements and passed the evaluation, you will be certified as a Group Leader and will qualify to apply for a Trainer apprenticeship.
