I am Marina Alba Cristiano, and my professional training with the art of Breath began in 1997 with Phil Laut, to continue in 2000 with Judith Kravitz and the Transformational Breath method. Proud of these training courses which have changed my life positively and also the lives of how many people I have been able to help breathe. I live and work in Switzerland in the Canton of Ticino, where my passion for breathing work has had health and legal recognition from part of the Swiss confederation. This has allowed me to establish my work with breathing in complete safety and guarantee towards all clients, as an additional reward to the great benefit that working with breathing brings. I receive customers in one of my work rooms, by appointment. I travel to other areas of Switzerland for events dedicated to breathing and its practice.
