Senior training in Transformational Breath since 2013. Worked as a psychologist at NHS overt 20 years. I have been travelling all around the world to share the breathwork with wide range of groups and settings. My breathwork practice is influenced by my training in somatic experiencing and internal family system. I love bringing community together with our common shared healing tool, the breathwork.
