Anja Vandenbergh born on 16 March 1971, living in Belgium Since 2004 working as a freelancer in project management and providing training in projectmanagement and planning. In 2019 followed the Laughter Yoga training with the Laughter Academy from Belgium, and in July 2019 started my Laughter yoga club in Leuven to bring laughter to the people. During the COVID period I developed a Start to Laugh session for those who wants to learn how to laugh and breath. These sessions are specially for people who feel less confident to laugh out loud and to learn them how they can relax with a good breathing system. The session are 1:1 and for 6 weeks.
