Lindsey Royal Wayland explores wholeness through body and soul. She has spent the last 15 years immersed in the study of somatic soulful healing, symbology, breathwork and meditation, expressive arts therapies, and psychospiritual integration with teachers and experts around the world. In her private practice Lindsey uncovers transformation, authenticity, embodied approaches to healing, the breath, and symbols of the unconscious. Her aim is to reform the way we view wholeness. Lindsey is currently studying emoji poems as modern hieroglyphs and ancient koans.
