Practitioner certification program: The ‘Journey The Breath’ six month facilitation training is a comprehensive 250 hour breathwork training designed to support those wishing to safely and confidently lead conscious connected breathwork sessions for individuals and groups both in person and online.
The six month training has 3 phases-
Phase 1- Personal Process:
This phase is designed to help you understand and familiarize yourself with the concept of conscious connected breathwork. It's a deep dive into personal growth, self-awareness, and understanding your own breath patterns.
Phase 2- Working With Individuals:
Here, you will learn the skills necessary to conduct one-on-one breath work sessions. This includes understanding individual breath patterns, guiding personal sessions, and tailoring the breath work process to meet individual needs.
