I got my start in the wellness space back in 2008 when I earned a Masters in Exercise and Nutrition Science from the University Of Chester. Between 2010 and 2016 I ran a successful fitness business that had a physical gym and large online coaching program. During that time I worked with over 20,000 clients globally.

Seeing the challenges many of these clients were facing with stress and self sabotage and having some mental health challenges myself I began to shift my attention toward a more holistic view of health studying yoga, meditation, coaching, NLP and hypnosis. 

In more recent years my work continues to take an integrative approach to health with a focus on the mind body connection. 

I am an experienced breathworker, a TRE (Trauma Release Exercises) provider and have completed the twelve month ‘Compassionate Inquiry’ program from Gabor Mate.

I am now studying and offering ‘Myofascial Energetic Release’ sessions to support those looking to heal chronic pain, increase emotional awareness and embrace their authentic selves. 

I am passionate about travel, adventure and martial arts and am grateful to pursue work that gives me great meaning and fulfillment.
