My first studies were in Economics, and I worked in this field for several years. Until a more internal need gradually emerged, that of offering, support and healing. In the following years, I encountered Yoga, Shiatsu, Reiki, and Pranic Healing and have been trained in Rebirthing Breathwork and have been certified as a Rebirthing Breathwork Instructor. During the last 13 years, using Breathwork, I have been facilitating individual sessions, group workshops & groups for self-discovery and healing, as well as Seminars and Trainings for people aiming at evolution and healing.

Besides the holistic approach, I have a Degree in Mental Health Counseling. My urge to support people in the best way possible during their healing process never stops and this motivates me to constantly educate myself on practices that can be even more helpful. I have added NLP Practitioner Certificate, and Pranayama Breathwork Teacher Training to my quiver and counting! I choose to use the knowledge I have gained, synthesizing a holistic approach model for treating physical and mental ailments and traumas.
