Lydia Mandell is a Rebirthing Breathwork Coach and Teacher. She completed multiple trainings at The Philadelphia Rebirthing Center and is an active member of the Breathwork Community. She is also an intuitive embodiment coach who guides people through life’s transitions, helps them land on their feet, and feel fully embodied. Lydia brings over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Counselor and Registered Board Certified Art Therapist, and teacher to her coaching and healing work. She combines Conscious Connected Breathwork, intuitive coaching and movement to create individualized coaching and healing sessions to help her clients feel alive, capable, and excited about their lives.
