Profile As a fully qualified teacher and facilitator in Breath4Life™ breathwork, NLP Practitioner, Reiki Master and energetic medicines specialist, I have a broad range of knowledge to draw from when guiding people through their journey. This makes each persons experience bespoke, and as unique as they are. I work with men and women of all ages and stages of their lives. Many that come to me have been struggling for years with Stress, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, and Mental health issues which have prevented them from fully enjoying life and holding them back from discovering their true selves and potential. Others are thought leaders and entrepreneurs that have no specific issues to deal with but understand the power of connecting to their higher selves to reach new levels of insight and understanding. My work also includes helping children and teenagers on the autistic spectrum.
