I first attended a breathing camp for 5 days in February 2023 which was led by Nilgul Tavsel. I was impressed how well I felt and knowing the benefits of concious breathing, I decided to roll on breathing coaching programme again led by Nilgul Tavsel. I am an experienced trainer & consultant in negotiation skills. Before I became a trainer, I worked in a corporate company in supply chain & logistics. I am also certiefied in bioenergy healing and Silva method meditation. I live in Istanbul, Turkey.
