Julia is a 400-hour certified breathwork facilitator (Breathing Space), 200-hour certified yoga instructor, and mindset coach based out of New York City. Her focus is helping others learn to use breath & movement to work through emotions, get in touch with their bodies, release trauma, and so much more. Julia comes from a professional engineering and construction background. After spending years in the construction industry, she experienced firsthand the toll that stress and demanding work environments can take on one's physical and mental well-being. It was this experience that led her to seek out alternative healing, and to discover the transformative powers of breathwork. As a breathwork facilitator, Julia brings her unique blend of empathy, compassion, and knowledge to her sessions. She creates a safe and nurturing environment, guiding her clients through various breathing techniques designed to release tension, promote relaxation, and access deep states of consciousness. She empowers individuals to tap into their inner strength and develop resilience in the face of life's challenges.
