I am a Breathwork and Trauma Recovery Specialist who has created and taught Breathwork Healing techniques to thousands of people in over 25 countries. Breathwork Healing is used to reset the nervous system, restore optimum energy levels, release and heal trauma, and provide tangible tools for overcoming stress, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction. My holistic approach to wellness is delivered through classes and individualized sessions that are interactive, engaging, and centered in self-care.

Through 18 years of experience of both in-person and online, group and individual client work, I have acquired the knowledge and expertise to create a safe space that invites participants to experience healing and empowerment regardless of whether that occurs online or in person. My extensive experience in facilitating virtual group classes, retreats, trainings, and individual client programs make me well versed in the technology necessary to realize high quality, impactful online and in person classes.
Additionally to a Breathwork Specialist, I have a background as a yoga instructor, full spectrum doula, child birth educator, and reiki master, and also studied psychology at UC Santa Cruz. My continued education includes research in neuroscience, childhood education and trauma, Primary and Secondary Trauma Relief; PTSD, anxiety, and depression; addiction, sexual abuse, and human trafficking; holistic healing, diet and lifestyle. I am a native English speaker and also fluent in Spanish.
I have been featured in media sources such as the NY Post, The Sun, Conscious Evolution, Yahoo News, as well as documentaries, including "The Goddess Project" and "Living Off Energy, We Are Energy." I am the creator of #MeToo Healing and Breathwork Healing, both of which are currently taught online worldwide.

HOW I WORK:

I specialize in Breathwork for Trauma Recovery, working with a multitude of breathing practices and skills to cope with symptoms of PTSD and CPTSD. Since our breath is the most accessible coping and healing tool available to us, I teach my clients to cultivate inner safety through the breath and the nervous system regulation it provides. I provide basic many 2-5 minute Breathwork practices, such as the 21 Breaths of Joy, Diamond Breath, Circular Breathing, etc, as well as longer Breathing Meditations that lead participants into a deep state of relaxation where the breath can cleanse mind, emotions, body, and soul. Many of my clients are survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, or in drug/alcohol recovery and it is through conscious breathing that we are able to diffuse the psychological and emotional overwhelm of these traumas, regulate the nervous system, create new healthy lifestyle habits, break generational patterns, heal generational trauma, do inner child healing work, and heal holistically.
