Hans Vos: Master of Eastern Martial Arts and Qi Gong Instructor
Hans Vos, an adept practitioner and instructor of Qi Gong and Tai Chi, grew up deeply immersed in the disciplines and traditions of Eastern martial arts. From a young age, Hans explored various branches of martial arts, leading him to discover the profound internal strength and flexibility that the human body and mind can achieve.
His journey into the realms of Qi Gong, often referred to as the mother of Eastern movement arts, began with his certification in Chineng Qi Gong Levels 1 and 2, followed by advancing to a Level 3 practitioner. Hans's commitment to mastering body and mind did not stop there; he further enhanced his skills as a Vivobarefoot Movement Coach and a Blackroll Recovery Instructor.
Over three transformative years, Hans received private training under the Wim Hof method, organizing workshops that introduced others to this powerful practice. His quest for knowledge continued under the tutelage of Stig Severinsen, a founder of Breatheology, and Dan Brulé, a renowned international breathing coach.
As an 'Ademwerk Biohacker', certified by Kasper van der Meulen at Level 1, and a member of the International Breathwork Foundation, Hans is dedicated to teaching and inspiring others. His passion lies in challenging both himself and his students to explore and develop through Qi Gong, witnessing the remarkable transformation in their personal and physical growth.
