Our programmes are aimed at primary school teachers, welfare officers and professionals working with children. Through scientifically proven breathwork techniques, our online programme for schools can help children in self-regulation, stress and anxiety management, concentration enhancement, and the cultivation of confidence and healthy connections. Our programme features bite-sized breath techniques and practices, each lasting no longer than 5 minutes. We advocate for the ‘little and often’ practice of the designated breath technique.
