Lauren Chelec Cafritz is the founder and director of Vitality Breath. She is an internationally known breathwork leader, speaker and the author of Breath LOVE. 

Lauren provides facilitator certification to breathworkers through her Vitality Breath School, which includes a multi-year training program. She facilitates breathwork retreats, conferences, and workshops across the world and leads breathwork sessions for executive teams, nonprofits, government agencies, corporations, hospitals, and schools. She also teaches online group classes and conducts virtual one-on-one coaching. 

A leader in the global breathwork community, Lauren serves as the United States National Representative for the International Breathwork Foundation and is a certified member of the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance. Along with studying a number of breathing modalities, she is trained and certified in Integrative Breathwork, Transformational Breath®, Reiki, and Inner Domain 5 Element Yoga and Ayurveda.
