With an extensive background working in the corporate world, I spent years managing high-pressure responsibilities, tight deadlines, and constant stress. This fast-paced lifestyle eventually took a toll on both my physical and mental health, leading to severe anxiety and panic attacks. It was at this point that I realized I needed to make a change, and that’s when Breathwork entered my life over six years ago. This practice became a key part of my journey to improving my well-being and rediscovering balance.
Breathing is such a natural, automatic process that we often overlook its potential for enhancing our overall health.
