Hi,

I am Leïna a polyvagal informed breathwork facilitator. 

A lot of my current work comes from many years of looking for different practices to empower people who suffer from a history and consequences of exile. It's only when I understood that the same traumas affected my family and myself that I started benefit myself from the practices of meditation,  talking circle, music circles, movement, somatic experience, internal family system therapy and breathwork. 

I now dedicate myself to understanding more how the nervous system works in order to empower us collectively, using practicle tools to feel safe and happy. The Polyvagal certification, Breathwork training and Qoya initiation are keys that help me open the door when holding space for somatic experiences.

Twice a week, I have the opportunity to hold breathwork session in the touristic coastal area of Taghazout, Agadir region, southern Morocco. My dream is to make breathwork accessible for all, especially the locals, women and also give the possibility to youngsters and children to have the basics to learn how to regulate their nervous system.
