The Holistic Breathing School for Quality of Life is part of the New Choice Academy, which offers a broad vision and invites every individual to make new choices that serve their lives, helping them to elevate to a better version of themselves and achieve a higher quality of life. Saudi Arabia is currently experiencing a growing interest in well-being, quality of life, and tools that contribute to reducing stress and increasing self-awareness, as well as enhancing physical and mental health, which has become a necessity rather than an option. With improved well-being and quality of life, productivity increases, along with happiness and satisfaction. Therefore, New Choice Academy offers a self-development program called Holistic Breathing for Quality of Life.
The Holistic Breathing School for Quality of Life focuses on breathing techniques that enhance human health and increase awareness by understanding the impact of breathing on thoughts, emotions, behavior, reactions, and performance, as well as improving the overall quality of life. It aims to develop a deeper awareness and understanding of oneself and to strengthen mindfulness skills through various breathing styles, such as conscious breathing, present-moment breathing, relaxation, meditation, and stillness breathing, as well as trauma release breathing. Additionally, it includes Munay breathing, which was applied and published in a peer-reviewed scientific journal. This program is offered by the New Choice Academy through the Holistic Breathing for Quality of Life Program, which consists of multiple levels. The first three levels focus on self-training for the trainee to master their own breathing. The subsequent levels qualify the trainee to coach others in breathing techniques, according to the professional training standards of the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA) and in accordance with the requirements of the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF).
Future trainers are trained under the International Certification Program for Breathwork Specialists, which aligns with the professional and ethical standards of both the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA) and the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF). This training includes studying scientific sources and specialized literature, attending text and video lessons, participating in seminars and practical sessions, as well as personal breathwork practice. It also involves internships with clients in both individual and group sessions, either in person or online, along with preparing research papers, completing the required credit hours, and passing the necessary certification materials and exams.
