I founded the Holistic Breathing School for Quality of Life, which is part of the New Choice Academy, a leader in quality of life practices aligned with Vision 2030 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I studied at the School of Therapeutic Breathing, as well as other schools in various countries. Academically, I stand out because I have benefited from the knowledge of these great schools, and on the other hand, I created a breathing technique that I applied to a random sample during my PhD studies in Educational Sciences. After verifying its effectiveness and benefits, I published it in a peer-reviewed scientific journal. Spiritually, what distinguishes me in the field of breathing sciences is my focus on the power of thoughts and emotions, their influence on the body, and trauma release. I excel in connected conscious breathing, mindfulness breathing, and meditation. I also place great importance on self-communication and connecting with the inner child. However, I acknowledge that trauma-release breathing, using the Money method I developed, is a key strength in my breathing awareness. My motto is: "A better quality of life is a better choice. Yesterday's choice has passed, and today you have a new opportunity to choose to be a better version of yourself through breathing."
