Mein Name ist Conny Breuer und ich bin Breathcoach, Meditations- und Klangmeditationsleiterin. Während meiner früheren Funktion als Schnittproducerin im Film- und Fernsehbereich, habe ich gelernt, dass Musik bestimmte Emotionen auslöst und dass man diese sehr bewusst steuern kann. Zu Beginn meines „Studiums der Klänge“, habe ich mich sehr intensiv mit tibetischen Klangschalen und deren Wirkung beschäftigt. Zu den Kristall Klangschalen fand ich vor 5 Jahren bei einem USA Besuch, als eine Freundin mich zu einem „Soundbath“ einlud. Dieses spirituelle Erlebnis hat mich nie wieder losgelassen, mittlerweile bin ich ausgebildete Klangmeditationsleiterin und Breathcoach. Ich bin Inhaberin von "Wege zu Dir" und biete Gruppen- und Einzelsitzungen an. My name is Conny Breuer and I am a breath coach, meditation and sound meditation leader. During my previous role as an editor in film and television, I learned that music triggers certain emotions and that you can control them very consciously. At the beginning of my “study of sounds”, I worked very intensively on Tibetan singing bowls and their effects. I found out about crystal singing bowls 5 years ago while visiting the USA when a friend invited me to a “sound bath”. This spiritual experience has never left me, and I am now a trained sound meditation leader and breath coach. I am the owner of “Wie zu Dir” and offer group and individual sessions.
