Several study trips to Asia (Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, India) between 1998 and 2003 led me to the yogic philosophy of life. I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years now. Physical asanas go hand in hand with breathing. My practice has intensified and become more concrete over the years.
In 2019, I joined a meditation group and completed a training course. Meditation and breathing techniques from preparatory and advanced pranayama are part of my daily practice.
In addition to my creative work of over 30 years with the mandala - which is used as a high-quality meditation object - I have created independent formats for different target groups. The practice enables me to overcome and contain health problems. I would like to share this experience with my fellow human beings and pass on my knowledge.
My work is based on a healing-creative approach. I combine breathwork with meditation. If desired, I integrate creative processes in the form of self-created mandalas. Working with circle pictures favors and promotes the concentration of the participants. These personally created works can be taken home and used for it's own meditation and breathing practice.
In recent years, I have created an independent format that is aimed at different age groups. Flexible and interactive workshop series and seminars are created with the target group in mind. The content is adapted to each age group.
My main focus is on observing and becoming aware of one's own breathing in order to achieve healthy, functional and deep breathing. Breathing sequences from preparatory and advanced pranayama are used. If required, the breathing and energy work can be deepened individually. Personal support afterwards rounds off my work.
