Zhanna Burym is a member of the International Breathing Foundation (IBF), a psychologist, and a certified conscious breathing instructor since 2018, with over 13 years of personal experience. I studied at the "International Center for the Study and Practice of Conscious Breathing". I am also a Mindfulness and Meditation Trainer, Stress and Burnout Prevention Trainer, studied at “Yoga License” (Germany). I offer group and individual breathing sessions live and online in Russian, and Ukrainian and develop individual complex Breathing practices, and exercises. Languages: Russian, Ukrainian. Lived in Kyiv, Now live in Bad Herrenalb, Germany.

In my practice of mindful breathing, I aim to integrate various techniques and approaches that help people manage stress, improve their overall health and achieve deeper inner harmony. My approach includes several key areas: 1. Anti-stress breathing; 2. Healing breathing; 3. Energy breathing; 4. Meditative breathing. My approach to mindful breathing is based on the individuality of each client, and I strive to adapt each session depending on their needs and goals. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where everyone can explore their sensations and discover new horizons through breathing practice.
