My work focuses on all levels of our being Mind Body Spirit. I offer free consultation prior to the session to understand how my work can support the client. In each session, we use movements, breathing, art and journaling (rhytmic, buteyko or pranayama) to help clear energies and sabotaging beliefs, activate their human potentials and create a fulfilling life based on one's Dharma (life purpose). The session is trauma-informed therefore emphasizing on safety and consent from participant.
