As anyone who has ever done a consciously connected breath session probably already knows that vibrations and breathwork are inextricably linked. All kinds of sensations, perceptions, stimuli, images, emotions pass by and the only thing to do is to surrender to your own breathing. In and out, in and out, until you enter a deep state of being and your thinking body slowly surrenders. Meanwhile, your cells vibrate like crazy and you can literally experience
the feeling of dissolving into space.
Uh, wait a minute…dissolving into space…is that possible? How? And why?
Ok, just breathe in and out quietly, it’s all good!
In this blog we take you to a behind the breathing scene.
Picture this:
During a breathing session you start breathing with your mouth wide open. You are breathing much deeper (lots of oxygen inside!) than your body is used to at rest. After a while this begins to manifest itself in tingling, sensations, cramping here and there. A general feeling of awkwardness and discomfort can take hold of you. You listen carefully to your coach who tells you that you are doing well, but he tells you to relax your exhalation a bit more. You are
blowing out quite a bit of carbon dioxide (CO2) and that can cause your muscles to experience a lack of oxygen and start to sour and cramp.
You do what is asked of you and after some attempts you manage to relax the exhalation more. You breathe deeply and connectedly and your body begins to get used to the amount of energy you are offering it. Whoohoe! Your body seems to tingle more and more and it seems as if the energy inside and outside of your body start to “sync”. You experience a deep sense of being connected to everything and everyone around you. As if you have fallen into a bath
of “love potion. Because of the enormous amount of energy, your frequency (energy level) has skyrocketed and you can experience the eternal bliss of the ‘528Hz love frequency’*.
*The 528Hz is a high vibrational level which is also associated with enlightened spirits here on earth. They have a frequency of 700Hz or more. They are people who through meditation and conscious breathing are in complete presence and in a constant state of love.
Wonderful, right?
Anyway, back to you and your breathing session for a moment!
After the breathing session, you may experience the higher vibrational level for a while and go through life as a delightful hop. And at some point life comes around the corner again with its hassles and hassles and before you know it you drop a few levels on the vibrational frequency scale again. As if you are again plodding on your old familiar slow bicycle against the wind. You know you can do better than that so you start looking for that nice feeling of those 528Hz again but ask yourself if the effect of the breathing session can last a little longer and how can you achieve that? And will that succeed?
You are now touched by the breath and are venturing into a group session.
Breathing with multiple people in a safe setting works like an energetic flywheel and you come out of the session as high as a kite and this time you keep the high vibrational level with you longer. You feel connected to yourself longer and love seems to flow through you like a wide flowing river. Love it!
Breathwork as a flywheel for love!
“What the world needs now, is love, sweet love…”
(Burt Bacharach)
Now imagine doing breathing sessions with about 200 people every day for a week in a beautiful, loving setting in a peaceful location. Then you won’t be high on love for just a month, no, you’ll be buzzing about it for at least another six months! We dare say with certainty that this is also the reason why the Global Inspiration Conference (GIC) is being organized for the 30th time this year. It’s just too good!
A breath fest with over 200 breathworkers and lovers from all over the world sharing breath and love and that wonderful 528HZ ‘love frequency’ with each other.
Or as a super-objective observation from a breathworker from New Orleans informs us: “The Global Inspiration Conference is special in so many ways. One of the things I love most about it is that it has the classic components of a professional conference where you share valuable information with like-minded people, get inspired by the rich and diverse things happening in the larger field, in this case across the planet, learn and teach through shared information; but it goes far beyond that and includes a wealth of deeply transformative experiences in breath. We don’t just talk about breath, we are transformed by it. The GIC enables us as individuals to do our own personal healing and gives us a platform and a way to use our own healing for the benefit of the planet.”
Are you ready for some “good, good, good, good vibes”?
Then what are you waiting for? Come to Berg en Dal in July and immerse yourself in love and all the breath wisdom we share with each other!
Until then, until breath!
