Cancellation Policy

If you cancel for personal reasons

Until May 31, 2027 – No conference cancellation fee – One-night cancellation fee for the hotel.
Between June 1 and June 30, 2027 – € 75 conference cancellation fee – One-night cancellation fee for the hotel.
Between July 1 and August 31, 2027 – € 150 conference cancellation fee – Two-nights cancellation fee for the hotel.
After August 31, 2027 – The full conference fee must be paid + full-board accommodation costs must be paid. (No refund).
Swapping tickets – Conference tickets may be transferred to another person at any time, if accommodation is also transferred. Please advise the GIC Team if you wish to transfer to another person: registration-gic2027@ibfbreathwork.org
Travel insurance – We strongly recommend that participants obtain travel insurance for peace of mind.
