Book your room/bed at the Riva del Sole Resort & SPA:
Each ticket for room accommodation includes full board and is valid for one person for 7 nights (October 2, 2027 - October 9, 2027).
If you bought a ticket for a bed in a double, triple, or quadruple room, please let us know with whom you would prefer to share the room. You can specify names or gender in the questionnaire when you book the accommodation. The availability of triple and quadruple rooms is limited.
Riva del Sole Resort & Spa is a hotel built in keeping with the most romantic Tuscan traditions—a 4-star S Hotel overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea in the Maremma, featuring a Swedish twist and an eclectic design that reflects their commitment to creating the perfect stay for you.
Riva del Sole Resort & Spa is located in Castiglione della Pescaia, has 155 hotel rooms, fully equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, a telephone, a security box, a fully stocked minibar, and a hair dryer. All of our rooms feature a balcony or terrace. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas.
The resort features a 600-meter private sandy beach, a wellness center with 3 swimming pools, a jacuzzi, a beauty and massage center, a sauna, a hammam, a fitness center, and a watersports center. It also offers 8 fully equipped and elegantly designed meeting rooms suitable for groups ranging from 10 to 270 people.

- If you booked a single room, you can buy extra night tickets directly here in the ticket centre.
- If you booked a double, triple or quadruple room, please get in touch with us if you wish to stay one or more extra nights before or after the GIC 2026 conference (possible extra dates are from September 29 – October 1 and from October 10 – October 12)

What's included in the price:
Everything is included:
Accommodation for 7 nights
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style
Coffee breaks (2 per day) and the city taxes
No additional charges at the end.
Children:
- Babies 0-6 months old pay no costs for accommodation and no conference fee. If you'd like a crib, it costs € 115 for the 7 days.
- Children from 6 months to 2 years old pay € 175 for accommodation/full board, but no conference fee.
- Children from 3 to 11 years old pay € 425 for accommodation/full board, but no conference fee.
- Children from 12 to 15 years old pay € 525 for accommodation/full board, €310 for the (reduced) conference fee,
- Children 16 years and above pay the full price for accommodation/full board (the same price as adults) + €310 for the (reduced) conference fee.
"Day Pass" for the GIC 2027 - if you want to come for one day only or for a couple of days(day pass tickets will be available on the ticket centre beginn in July 2
A day pass ticket costs € 180 (includes lunch and dinner buffet), or € 150 (includes only lunch buffet). Conference fee for the day is included (no accommodation).
