Book your room/bed at the Rodos Palace Hotel:
Each ticket for accommodation includes full board and is valid for one person for 7 nights (September 26, 2026 - October 3, 2026). If you bought a ticket for a bed in a double, triple or quadruple room, please let us know with whom you would prefer to share the room. You can specify names or gender in the questionnaire when you book the accommodation. The availability of triple and quadruple rooms is limited. To see pictures of the rooms, pleaseclick here.
Rodos Palace Hotel is a 5-star hotel and one of the finest settings in Rhodes. This hotel was chosen due to its 50 years of experience in hosting conferences. Gifted with more than 15 conference halls and amazing outside areas, it is in front of the Aegean Sea. Only 12 minutes by taxi from the airport and 10 minutes from the old town of Rhodes, making transportation easy.
The rooms have mostly a garden view or overlook the pool; some of them also have a seaside view. Even the quadruple room offers privacy in two separate rooms, each with a shared bathroom.

Climate resilience tax
According to Greek law, the climate resilience tax is €15 per room per night in a hotel (= €105 per room for 7 nights). Every tourist who books a hotel room in Rhodes must pay the climate resilience tax for a room. If you share a room, this tax can be divided by the number of people staying in the room.
The climatisation tax needs to be paid at the hotel reception before departure; this tax cannot be included in our ticket price.
Children:
- Babies 0-23 months old pay no costs for accommodation and no conference fee.
- Children from 2 to 12 years old pay € 435 for accommodation/full board, but no conference fee.
- Children from 13 years on pay the full price for accommodation/full board (the same price as adults) + €315 for the (reduced) conference fee.
"Day Pass" for the GIC 2026 - if you want to come for one day only or for a couple of days (day pass tickets will be available from July 2026 on)
A day pass ticket costs 150 € (incl. lunch and dinner, buffet), or 125 € (incl. only lunch, buffet). Included in this price is the conference fee for the day (however, no accommodation).
