Eva Makkos
Creative Integration & Soma Breath Bliss Journey
Breathwork has the power to open doors within us—but true transformation happens when those experiences are welcomed, understood, and integrated into everyday life. In her two complementary workshops, Eva Makkos invites participants on a journey that bridges breath, creativity, embodiment, and spiritual exploration.
Creative Integration offers practical and inspiring art therapy techniques designed to help participants deepen and integrate their breathwork experiences. Through creative expression, inner insights can move beyond the mind and find a tangible form, allowing healing, self-discovery, and transformation to unfold in a grounded and meaningful way.
In Soma Breath Bliss Journey, participants will experience a dynamic fusion of ancient pranayama practices, rhythmic breathing techniques, and ecstatic music. Together, these elements create a powerful pathway into expanded states of awareness, elevated vibrational energy, and profound inner bliss. By activating the body’s natural intelligence and “inner pharmacy,” participants are invited to reconnect with joy, vitality, and their deepest essence.
With more than 25 years of experience facilitating transformational spaces, Eva Makkos brings a rare combination of scientific understanding, therapeutic expertise, and spiritual depth. She is a certified Transformational Breath Group Leader, SomaBreath Transformational Coach, art therapist, yoga and meditation teacher, visionary artist, and researcher. Her lifelong exploration of spiritual traditions—from South America to East Asia—combined with her doctoral research on transformational processes in yoga and breathing, has shaped a uniquely integrative approach to healing and personal growth.
Eva’s work is rooted in embodied spirituality, holistic healing, and the belief that every individual carries within them an infinite source of wisdom and potential. Her greatest passion is guiding people back to that boundless inner connection.
Alyse Bacine
Breathwork to Dissolve Core Wounds and Create Permanent Results
Many of the challenges we face as adults are not rooted in the present moment—they are echoes of unmet needs and unresolved experiences from childhood. In this powerful workshop, Alyse Bacine guides participants into a transformative process of identifying the hidden origins of their current struggles and accessing the subconscious patterns that keep them in place.
Using her signature Metamorphosis Method®, participants will combine breathwork, somatic awareness, and energetic healing techniques to uncover and release deeply held emotional imprints stored within the body. Rather than simply managing symptoms, this approach addresses the root cause of suffering, creating the conditions for lasting transformation and greater freedom.
Alyse Bacine is internationally recognized as a pioneer in childhood trauma healing and transformational breathwork. With over 25 years of experience and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, she has dedicated her career to bridging the worlds of clinical mental health, trauma recovery, and somatic healing. Her groundbreaking methodology integrates advanced breathwork, energy healing, and evidence-based trauma tools into a comprehensive system designed to facilitate deep and permanent change.
Featured in major publications including Oprah Magazine, Well+Good, and Nylon, Alyse has helped hundreds of individuals transform their lives by healing at the level of mind, body, and energy simultaneously. Her work stands at the forefront of a new paradigm in healing—one that recognizes that true transformation occurs when all aspects of the human experience are addressed together.
This workshop offers a unique opportunity to experience that process firsthand and discover what becomes possible when old wounds no longer define the future.

The Final Letting Go – Exploring the Surrender Process
What if the quality of our lives—and ultimately our transitions—depends on our ability to surrender ?
The Final Letting Go: Exploring the Surrender Process is a profound group breathwork experience that invites participants into one of the most transformative human capacities: the ability to release what no longer serves and trust what is emerging. Through guided breathing, compassionate support, and a carefully held group field, participants are encouraged to explore the deeper layers of their inner world and gently soften resistance, fear, and emotional holding.
Originally developed as a training tool for breathworkers and later adapted for individuals recovering from trauma, violence, and abuse, the Surrender Process has become known for its remarkable ability to facilitate deep healing while remaining exceptionally gentle and safe. Participants often discover a greater sense of freedom, connection, intuition, presence, and inner peace as long-held emotional, psychological, and physical tensions begin to dissolve.
The workshop is led by an extraordinary team of facilitators.
Lauren Chelec Cafritz, founder of Vitality Breath and author of Breath LOVE, is an internationally recognized breathwork teacher, speaker, and leader in the global breathwork community. Her work spans corporate organizations, schools, government agencies, nonprofits, retreats, and professional trainings. She also serves on the International Breathwork Foundation Executive Team and as National Representative for the United States.
She is joined by Ari Barkan, founder of Center City Breathe in Philadelphia and co-creator of the Vitality Breath Certification Program. Since 2006, Ari has helped individuals and groups access healing and transformation through breathwork and other healing arts modalities.
Completing the facilitation team is Kappy Laning, a breathworker with more than two decades of experience and co-creator of the Vitality Breath Certification Program. Trained as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Kappy skillfully integrates breathwork with Internal Family Systems principles and supports individuals working within expanded states of consciousness.
Together, they offer a deeply supportive and transformative experience that invites participants to discover the healing power of surrender.

The Path of Remembering Wholeness
From the Memory of Trauma to the Nostalgia for Wholeness
What if healing is not about becoming someone new, but about remembering who we have always been?
The Path of Remembering Wholeness is an experiential transpersonal approach presented through an immersive workshop that invites participants on a profound inner journey—from the memory of trauma to the nostalgia for wholeness. Rather than viewing trauma solely as psychological injury, this approach understands it as a narrowing of consciousness that disconnects us from our innate vitality, authenticity, and deepest Self.
Rooted primarily in Holotropic Breathwork®, and enriched by heart-centered breathing, embodied awareness, symbolic exploration, creative expression, and compassionate integration practices, this workshop offers a safe and supportive environment for deep inner exploration. Breath becomes the gateway into expanded states of consciousness, allowing participants to access the psyche’s innate healing intelligence and reconnect with dimensions of themselves that may have remained hidden beneath survival strategies and protective patterns.
At the heart of this approach lies the understanding that beneath every traumatic memory there exists a deeper memory that has never been lost—the memory of our original wholeness. Healing is therefore understood not merely as the resolution of symptoms or the integration of trauma, but as a gradual process of remembering our essential nature and restoring our inner coherence.
The workshop unfolds as a carefully facilitated journey that includes preparation through heart-centered breathing and nervous system regulation, an immersive Holotropic Breathwork® experience, creative integration through mandala drawing and symbolic expression, and a reflective sharing circle that supports meaning-making and embodied integration.
As participants move through expanded states of consciousness, they are invited to transform fear into presence, fragmentation into coherence, and survival into authentic living. Beyond emotional release, the process awakens a deeper sense of connection, compassion, purpose, and trust in the Inner Healer—the innate wisdom that naturally guides the psyche toward healing and wholeness.
The Path of Remembering Wholeness is more than a breathwork workshop. It is an invitation to rediscover the living intelligence within, awaken the nostalgia for wholeness, and remember that the deepest source of healing, freedom, and transformation has always resided within us.
Beneath every memory of trauma lies an untouched memory of wholeness.
