Vitality Breath Facilitator Training

Are you ready to help others in a deeper way? Whether you’re ready to begin your Vitality Breath certification training, or just want to deepen your personal practice, this 9-month training will take you to the next level. Vitality Breath is a perfect balance of ancient wisdom and modern breathing techniques.

Our training will start with a unique, 5-day immersive experience held February 16-20 in the Washington, DC, area. Then, we’ll meet one Saturday and Sunday a month from March-October.

During this 9 month program, you will learn to:

• Identify ineffective breathing patterns

• Use conscious connected breathing practices to help clients explore, release, and integrate mentally, emotionally and physically

• Teach healthy breathing skills to individuals and groups

• Examine issues of trauma recovery, depression, anxiety and addictions through breathwork

• Use breathwork to enhance your personal growth and development

• Release personal issues that interfere with your effectiveness as a practitioner

• Integrate breathwork into your present work

• Facilitate a full breathwork session

Vitality Breath Facilitator Certification requirements include:

• Prerequisite: Transformation Journey or teacher approval

• Completion of Facilitator Training

• Complete 10 private, individual breathwork sessions for yourself with a certified breathworker

• Conduct 50 individual breathwork sessions. 30 of these will be taking three people through 10 sessions each. The remaining 20 are with a variety of different individuals.

• Attend monthly in person meetings

• Complete required reading

• Participate in online group supervision

• Assist at 2 Vitality Breath approved events
