Attention members: To pay the reduced conference fee rate, please log in first. In case of problems also check whether your membership is still active. If your status shows "Free Subscriber" you'll need to renew your membership first to get a reduced conference ticket. We understand that preferences may vary, so we have tailored the prices for the Hotel Holthursche Hof (HHH) and Hotel Val Monte to accommodate different needs. The HHH, situated ‘on camp’, offers a unique atmosphere, while Hotel Val Monte, just a short forest stroll or a pleasant 30-minute walk away, provides its own charming allure. Should you require transportation between the two sites, rest assured that we have made arrangements for your convenience. Alternatively, immerse yourself in the Dutch experience by renting a (electric) bicycle from € 29,00 per day and enjoying the scenic route. Let us know in advance and we can assist your with arranging your bicycle. If you choose to stay somewhere else during the conference, you'll need to buy a "Staying somewhere else" ticket for your lunch/dinner (day price:  € 70,00 x 7 = € 490,00)  and a ticket for the conference fee. Children below 18 years old, accompanied by a paying adult,  don’t pay any conference fee.
