On this page your can get information on how to purchase your conference ticket and then get access to the special accommodation/delegate packages available at Kingfisher Bay Resort.

Note that GIC conference ticket and accommodation/delegate package are TWO separate bookings. You will need both in order to attend the conference.

Ticket 1. Conference Tickets

• IBF members, AU$925 per person *full week (short stay tickets available)
• Non-IBF members, AU$1025 per person *full week
• Youth (18-24 yo), AU$600 per person *full week

Ticket 2. Accommodation/delegate packages (purchased from the resort)

Costs start from $1489 per person (full week twin share, including all meals).

How do I start the booking process?

Please book your GIC conference ticket first, then book your accommodation/delegate package directly with Kingfisher Bay Resort.

The steps to attend this conference are as follows:

Step 1: Register to become a IBF member to access the discounted conference ticket. You can register to become an IBF member here. Otherwise purchase a non IBF member ticket.

Step 2: Purchase your conference ticket at the ticket centre. Complete all the required information to assist us with your attendance at the conference. To avoid paying a booking fee choose the ‘direct debit’ option, unless you wish to pay by credit card. Conference delegate responsibilities, information and also cancellation policy can be found here.

Step 3: After purchasing your ticket, you will be provided with a booking form from Kingfisher Bay Resort for your accommodation/delegate package booking. Please complete this form for yourself or complete it on behalf of a group of people you wish to share a room/villa with. A minimum of AUD$200 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your room; full payment is required 75 days before check-in.

On this form you will indicate your room type, as well as your delegate package (meals, facilities) inclusions. These are paid directly to the resort.

Step 4: Submit your booking form with Kingfisher Bay Resort to book with them directly.
