Waiver A for Teachers, Youth Mentors, or Parents: The Conscious Breathing in the Classroom (“CBC” or “the program”) and International Breathwork Foundation ("IBF" or "the organization") offers free of charge to teachers, youth mentors, parents and educators 'The Conscious Breathing in the Classroom' ("the program") to help students to become more resilient and mindful through short conscious breathing exercises. 1. This Manual cannot be reproduced by any means or passed onto others without their registration in the Program and/or express permission of the CBC or IBF. The CBC and IBF grants teachers the permission to copy exercises for classroom use. 2. The manual and supporting material are protected under copyright of the CBC and IBF. You will give credit to the CBC as the author of this Program. 3. Since you know your pupils best, you take full responsibility for the way and the pace you teach this Program and you agree to follow best practices in delivering this Program. 4. Although CBC and IBF offer this as a well-balanced and safe curriculum, CBC and IBF do not assume any responsibility or liability in the case of any kind of problem. By accepting this course, you take full responsibility and liability for your actions with your participants. 5. We encourage membership and donations to the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF) for your participation, which helps us to continue sharing this freely. 6. This Program was created by volunteers from Conscious Breathing in the Classroom (CBC) within the nonprofit organisation, the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF). If you would like to support this ongoing work, we encourage you to donate through the Breathwork Development Fund. This Program is made available to you upon your express agreement to this waiver.

Waiver B for Trainers and Breathwork Practitioners: The Conscious Breathing in the Classroom (“CBC” or “the program”) and International Breathwork Foundation ("IBF" or "the organisation") offers Breathworkers and Conscious Breathing Practitioners ("the trainers") 'The Conscious Breathing in the Classroom' Manual and Guide for Trainers ("the program"). This program is to be used by you in your role as a trainer of teachers, youth mentors, and parents to bring conscious breathing exercises into the daily lives of their students/children. You are granted this with agreement to the following understanding: 1. The manual and supporting material are protected under copyright of the CBC and IBF. You will give credit to the CBC as the author of this Program. 2. This publication cannot be reproduced by any means for others without their registration in the program and/or express permission of the CBC or IBF. The CBC and IBF grants teachers registered in the program the permission to copy exercises for classroom use only. 3. Every schoolteacher, youth mentor, or parent participant that you train MUST REGISTER ONLINE BEFORE taking the Conscious Breathing in the Classroom program. This safeguards them and the quality and continuity of the manual content so they can receive corrections, revisions and new translations of the program. This is to make sure the Breathing Classroom Team can receive teacher's progress reports for the research component of this program. This helps us all gather substantial evidence from the effects of conscious breathing and to further develop this program to widen the reach of conscious breathing around the world. 4. The Program Manual is not to be passed on to anyone who is not registered. If you are training a group of teachers and want to photocopy manuals for your training, you may do this but only distribute AFTER each teacher has registered into the program. 5. Wherever possible you will do your best to offer training for free to your target group, minus reasonable expenses for delivery of the program. The intention is for the program to be freely passed on - it is not for profit. 6. Although CBC and IBF offer this as a well-balanced and safe curriculum, CBC and IBF do not assume any responsibility or liability in the case of any kind of problem. By accepting the role of Trainer in this course you take full responsibility and liability for your actions with your participants. 7. If you wish to volunteer to translate the CBC Manual into your language, we welcome this. However, you must do this with the permission and agreement of the CBC Breathing Classroom Team.
