Breathing Circle

Breathing Circle is a network of people who are committed to health and healing through breathing practice.  We organise and host regular breathwork events and workshops. Breathing Circle groups are on the last Tuesday of the month, every month and are open to anyone to attend. We meet to celebrate conscious breath and introduce other people to this transformational tool.
