Breathe Festival 2025, 6-10 August, UK

At Breathe, we host over 30 different facilitators with a wide variety of different breathwork styles and schools of thought. As the only breathwork festival in the UK, we are the hub for connection of all breathwork in the UK.

Now in its seventh year and attracting around 120-150 people, Breathe is a celebration of the power of the breath and of breathing together.

For 2025 we will be joined by Heinz Gerd and Lera, as well as by Patrick McKeown of the Oxygen Advantage and many other powerful facilitators.

Breathe also hosts meetings of schools and professional breathworkers to forward the goals of professional accreditation in the UK, in partnership with UK Breathwork Association.
