2nd Edition of the Ashtanga Yoga & Rebirthing Breathwork Retreat

While the world dresses up and fills with noise, we invite you to experience these days of Carnival in a different way:
in silence, breathing, practising yoga and looking inward.
We begin on 13 February, and on 14 February, Valentine's Day, we will celebrate the most important love: love for yourself.
This retreat is a mother-daughter project, a deeply healing space, guided by Silke and Vivi, where the wisdom and tenderness of two generations come together in the service of well-being, awareness and inner transformation. 
It will be 5 days of practice, rest and connection in the heart of nature:
Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Style
Rebirthing Breathwork
Breathing in water
Silence and fasting day (optional)
Bonfire
Chanting
Conscious plant-based food
Nature walks
Suitable for beginners, no previous experience in yoga or breathing required.

€450 if you book before 25 December
